Built for how group practices actually report

Psynth is the AI workflow for psychological assessment reporting in multi-clinician group practices and clinics. Upload large document sets—often hundreds of pages—apply the template and settings your practice already uses, and get a test-by-test first draft in minutes. Refine it with AI in the editor, including notes that correlate directly into the report, then export signature-ready. Import and export through Google Drive and OneDrive so your file habits don’t break.

Today Psynth ships test-by-test reports. Integrated reports are planned for public release in December 2026. Neuropsych and psychoeducational teams who already write that way will feel at home now—NeuroAide is the peer many of those clinicians compare us to. Unlike commercial model wrappers such as BastionGPT or ParchmentAI, Psynth is the full product around the draft: files in, templated generation, editing, AI refinement, integrations, and export.

Stephen Stearman is the co-founder and CEO of Psynth, where he is leading the development of the first AI-native platform built to automate and modernize the psychological assessment workflow. A lifelong builder with deep experience across healthcare and technology, Stephen has founded and grown multiple companies, including Craft Health and Elevate Holistics, giving him a unique perspective on clinical operations, product innovation, and the realities of patient and provider workflows.

Jennie Barnes, PhD

Founding Psychologist, Head of Clinical Experience

Dr. Jennie Barnes is a licensed psychologist based in Tulsa, OK and within the Cherokee Nation reservation in rural OK. She has studied and worked in the mental health field for 16 years and has a variety of clinical experiences including community health organizations, inpatient eating disorder programs, correctional facilities, university counseling centers, private practice, and tribal/indigenous health facilities. She is also a holistic health educator and develops community health curriculums and programs based on indigenous wisdom and modern science. Her current areas of focus include neurodivergence (specifically ADHD and Autism), complex and generational trauma, and holistic healing/wellness. She has joined the Psynth team to help psychologists address burnout and reduce waitlists for psychological assessments by solving the overly time consuming and exhausting process of report writing.
