Imagine delivering a same day diagnosis
That's the world we're working toward at Psynth

Our Story: Empowering Psychologists, Together
At Psynth, we are a team of technologists and psychologists driven by a singular passion: to solve the complex problems facing our industry and craft elegant solutions. Our journey began not in a boardroom, but from a chance conversation. A friend shared the challenges and burnout that his wife, a clinical psychologist, was experiencing – sacrificing evenings and weekends to the arduous task of writing detailed psychological reports.
We knew that report writing was creating bottlenecks in diagnosis workflows across the industry, but this firsthand account ignited a spark. We delved into her process, observing the effort and precious time it consumed. We quickly realized the immense potential to empower psychologists like her, to help them reclaim their personal time, expand their capacity to see more patients — to ultimately combat the pervasive issue of professional burnout.
To ensure our solution was truly effective and intuitive, we partnered with our design collaborators at Green Country Psychology. For weeks, we immersed ourselves in their daily operations, observing every nuance of their workflow. This deep understanding, coupled with iterative prototyping, allowed Psynth to slowly emerge into the refined product it is today.
We consider ourselves incredibly fortunate that the advancements in AI language models have reached their current sophistication. Without their ability to comprehend and synthesize hundreds of pages of documentation, the transformative product you now hold in your hands simply wouldn't be possible.
Our vision extends beyond mere efficiency. We envision a future where psychologists can provide same-day diagnoses, dramatically reducing the 2-8 week wait times currently plaguing the industry. This expedited care would mean that patients receive the timely support they deserve, fostering better outcomes and a more responsive mental healthcare system.
At Psynth, psychologists are not just our users; they are at the forefront of every decision we make, every feature we develop, and every problem we strive to solve. We are committed to continuing this partnership, ensuring that Psynth remains a trusted tool that evolves alongside the needs of your vital profession.

Psynth is a venture from 19days and Gitwit, where every company starts with deep research into a focused problem worth solving.
For Psynth, that meant hundreds of hours interviewing and working alongside psychologists who were struggling to keep up with the high demand and heavy workload of clinical report writing. Psynth was built with psychologist input and guidance at every step, deep in the weeds of the product, to ensure top-quality report output and a platform that integrates with a clinicians existing workflow.
Other 19days and Gitwit ventures include Prelude (funeral preplanning platfrom), Agentech (insurance automation), and Hiroic (AI hiring expert).

What Psychologists are saying
I used to spend so much time entering scores and formatting tables—stuff that has to be there or the results won't be taken seriously. But it eats up the time I need for what really matters: the diagnosis and recommendations. Psynth gives me that time back so I can focus where it counts.
Psynth User
The report Psynth generated matched my conclusions about the patient, aligned with how I explained the case, and even fit the format I typically used. It looked a lot like one of my own reports.
Psynth User
Psynth is done writing a first draft in the time it usually takes me just to get my papers and thoughts in order.
Psynth User
I want to actually do the puzzle, not just organize all the pieces. Two-thirds of my time was just gathering the pieces and putting them somewhere where I could see them all. Psynth lets me focus on the diagnosis, saving me hours of busywork.
ADHD Specialist
Insurance doesn't reimburse enough for the time it takes to write reports. Now I can finally deliver high-quality assessments without working unpaid hours on weekends.
Practice owner
I would much rather spend more time with the patient, discussing the results in the feedback session, and planning what this means for them. That's the more meaningful clinical service—and now I can.
