Imagine delivering a same day diagnosis

That's the world we're working toward at Psynth

Psynth: Empowering Psychologists, Together

Purpose

We exist to take the work that buries clinicians off their desks, so their time goes back to the people who need them.

Mission

We give clinicians their time back, so everyone who needs psychological care can get it.
Short form: Time back. Care forward.

Vision

A world where everyone who needs psychological care gets it, when they need it.
We picture a field where no patient waits months for an evaluation, where a psychologist finishes the workday with their evenings and weekends intact, and where the quality of someone’s care is never limited by how much time their clinician has left to give.

Core Values

Be Unreasonable.

We go to unreasonable lengths for our customers, in the product they use, and the support they get.

Say the Hard Thing.

We’re direct, we’re kind, and we go looking for the disagreement that gets us to the right answer.

Own It.

We’re direct, we’re kind, and we go looking for the disagreement that gets us to the right answer.

Celebrate Out Loud.

We love this work, we notice great work, and we recognize it.

Handle With Care.

We guard your data like our own license depends on it.

Earn Every Signature.

Beauty earns the first click. Accuracy earns the next thousand.

Psynth is a venture from 19days and Gitwit, where every company starts with deep research into a focused problem worth solving.

For Psynth, that meant hundreds of hours interviewing and working alongside psychologists who were struggling to keep up with the high demand and heavy workload of clinical report writing. Psynth was built with psychologist input and guidance at every step, deep in the weeds of the product, to ensure top-quality report output and a platform that integrates with a clinicians existing workflow.

Other 19days and Gitwit ventures include Prelude (funeral preplanning platfrom), Agentech (insurance automation), and Hiroic (AI hiring expert).

Belief Statements

On the clinician

• We believe the psychologist’s expertise is the product. Our software should disappear behind their judgment, never stand in front of it.

• We believe no clinician should ever put their name to a word they didn’t choose. The report is theirs.

• We believe we are critical software. Clinicians build their practice on us.

On the patient

• We believe a faster report is faster care. Every hour we save a clinician is an hour sooner a patient gets answers.

• We believe the person inside the report is a person, not a case number, and these words can shape lives.

On the customer experience

• We believe proper support is an acknowledgment within 2 hours and a resolution within 24. When we can’t hit that, we tell you, and we do everything we can to make it right.

• We believe support isn’t a cost center, it’s where we earn the right to keep our customers. Being easy to work with is both a competitive advantage and a matter of respect.

• We believe sales, support, and product should feel like one continuous act of care.

On working together

•  We believe you should enjoy the work, and that great work deserves to be named out loud. We’re building something that matters, and gratitude is a habit.

•  We believe in lending a hand before you’re asked. When a teammate is underwater, we grab an oar.

•  We believe most miscommunication dies on a two-minute phone call. When something gets tangled in text, pick up the phone.

•  We believe great work comes from trust, not oversight. Freedom and accountability are the same coin.

On trust, security, and compliance

•  We believe we are trusted with the most sensitive thing a person has: their mental health record.

•  We believe compliance is the floor, not the ceiling.

On AI

•  We believe AI should give a clinician their time back, never take their judgment away.

On the field

•  We believe the paperwork crushing psychologists is a solvable problem, not the cost of doing the job.

What Psychologists are saying

Your software enabled me to finish my career on a high note, producing professional, high-quality reports that I was genuinely proud to provide to families and schools.
Psynth User
I used to spend so much time entering scores and formatting tables—stuff that has to be there or the results won't be taken seriously. But it eats up the time I need for what really matters: the diagnosis and recommendations. Psynth gives me that time back so I can focus where it counts.
Psynth User
The report Psynth generated matched my conclusions about the patient, aligned with how I explained the case, and even fit the format I typically used. It looked a lot like one of my own reports.
Psynth User
Psynth is done writing a first draft in the time it usually takes me just to get my papers and thoughts in order.
Psynth User
I want to actually do the puzzle, not just organize all the pieces. Two-thirds of my time was just gathering the pieces and putting them somewhere where I could see them all. Psynth lets me focus on the diagnosis, saving me hours of busywork.
ADHD Specialist
Insurance doesn't reimburse enough for the time it takes to write reports. Now I can finally deliver high-quality assessments without working unpaid hours on weekends.
Practice owner
I would much rather spend more time with the patient, discussing the results in the feedback session, and planning what this means for them. That's the more meaningful clinical service—and now I can.
